Commissioning

Mark is always happy to meet new clients at his Dunblane workshop. Alternatively, a home visit can be arranged to discuss your needs and ideas.

Budgets can be set by the client at this stage, or Mark can provide a cost along with his design.

Mark designs and builds bespoke, handmade furniture and cabinetry from his Dunblane workshop- situated at the foot of an early 19th century dovecot tower.

With almost 20 years experience working with wood, his work can be found in private residences, public spaces, presidential and government buildings in Ireland, the UK and North America.

Mark has crafted a wide range of objects, from boardroom tables to sgian-dubhs for highland dress. He loves to be challenged, and will strive to create a beautiful piece of furniture for you within your budget.

Click on the 'Portfolios' link for pictures of his work, and please do not hesitate to email him with questions or ideas regarding commissioning his services.

Design

Mark has a relaxed and friendly approach and will sketch ideas and provide samples along with final drawings so that the client can feel confident about the final design.

Build

Mark often builds to a pre-approved drawing/design, provided by the client- generally through an interior designer, contractor or architect.

This generally involves commercial work such as reception areas and bespoke fitted cabinetry.
